In-gym classes

Some notes on the above:

  • Sign up for a free class here.
  • Please be sure to watch our COVID protocol vid before attending!
  • Open gym is Tuesday and Thursday in one hour blocks 8-11. Reserve your spot through Zen Planner. An open gym spot counts towards your 2 class weekly limit.
  • Classes will be limited to 6 people per class. Reserve your spot in the Zen Planner app, but please limit 2 in-gym classes a week. (If there’s an opening one hour before class, feel free to sign up, even if you’ve already taken 2 classes!)
  • If you fail to show up for a reservation to a FULL class, you will be charged a $20 penalty.

Outdoor Classes

Tues/Thurs:

  • 7:30-8:15 a.m.
  • 8:15-9:00 a.m.
  • Noon-12:45 p.m.
  • 12:45-1:30 p.m.

For all classes, will be logging our Workouts in SugarWOD to keep us all accountable and give each other fist bumps.


Start Strong
