Class Times

We’ll be starting a limited in-gym schedule on Monday, July 13, as follows:

Mon/Wed/Fri 

Sat

Sun 

Some notes on the above:

  • Unfortunately, open gym is not currently allowed.
  • Classes will be limited to 5 people per class. Please reserve your spot in the Zen Planner app. but please limit 2 in-gym classes a week.

We’ll continue offering Zoom classes Tues/Thurs:

And outdoor classes Tues/Thurs:

  • 7:30-8:15 a.m.
  • 8:15-9:00 a.m.
  • Noon-12:30 p.m.
  • 12:30-1:00 p.m.

We will be logging our Workouts in SugarWOD to keep us all accountable.


Start Strong will also begin Monday, June 29!

Since we’re limited to 5 people per class, we’ll be offering additional Start Strong class times. So Mon/Tues will be the same instruction (Class “A”), Wed/Thurs will be the same (Class “B”), and Fri/Sat will be the same (Class “C”). 

Class “A” (choose one)

Mon 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.
Tues 7 p.m.

Class “B” (choose one)

Wed 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.
Thurs 7 p.m.

Class “C” (choose one)

Fri 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.
Sat 7:30 a.m..

  • Classes will be limited to 5 people per class. Another email will come later this week with additional info and standards we’ll all need to follow.
  • If you are not ready to start in-person classes yet, please let us know and we’ll come up with a plan!
