All scheduled classes are Zoom classes online for the time being. To see all your options for maintaining your fitness routine (and our reasoning behind our decision), please read this post:
All of the workouts have been designed to be able to do at home. We will be logging our Workouts in SugarWOD to keep us all accountable. Also- you’ll see a “daily challenge” every day- this will be a fun way to encourage some friendly competition!

Start Strong / Fundamentals

The next Start Strong session begins on May. When Start Strong is not in session, we are running “Fundamentals” classes, which can be a great way to review (or perfect!) foundational movements.
