- 20 hollow rocks
- 20 alternating v-ups
- 20 twist mountain climbers (slow)

3 min amrap (leg blast)
- 10 squats
- 10 jump squats
- 10 lunges
- 10 jumping lunges
- 10 side lunges lft
- 10 side lunges rt
rest 1 min
3 min amrap (butt blast)
- 20 back leg pulses – right
- 20 back leg pulses – left
- 20 side leg raises – right
- 20 side leg raises – left
- 20 glute bridges
rest 1 min
3 min amrap (arm blast)
- 10 push-ups
- 20 pike shoulder taps
- 20 fast mountain climbers (pike position)
