Home workouts that are completely scalable (great for ANY level of athlete), and are done in less than 30 minutes!

3 min amrap (core blast)

  • 20 hollow rocks
  • 20 alternating v-ups
  • 20 twist mountain climbers (slow)

3 min amrap (leg blast)

  • 10 squats
  • 10 jump squats
  • 10 lunges
  • 10 jumping lunges
  • 10 side lunges lft
  • 10 side lunges rt

rest 1 min

3 min amrap (butt blast)

  • 20 back leg pulses – right
  • 20 back leg pulses – left
  • 20 side leg raises – right
  • 20 side leg raises – left
  • 20 glute bridges

rest 1 min

3 min amrap (arm blast)

  • 10 push-ups
  • 20 pike shoulder taps
  • 20 fast mountain climbers (pike position)
