*WOD = Workout of the Day
Home workouts that are completely scalable (great for ANY level of athlete), and are done in less than 30 minutes!
5-minute EMOM (every minute on the minute)
… every minute you’ll switch movements and do as many as you can (or hold as long as you can!) within the minute.
Min 1 = Burpees (or cardio of choice!)
Min 2 = Squat hold
Min 3 = Bulgarian split squat hold – left
Min 4 = Bulgarian split squat hold – right
Min 5 = Plank
Rest one minute! … REPEAT x 3
