“Hardest one yet!” – mom
1 minute max effort:
- Around the world plank
- Stationary bear crawl lifts
- Cross Over Mountain Climber with Leg Lift (LEFT)
- Cross Over Mountain Climber with Leg Lift (RIGHT)
1 minute rest
1 minute max effort:
- Jumping lunges (scale to non-jumping)
- Burpees
- Jump squats (scale to non-jumping)
- Alternating side plank pulses
1 minute rest
Then, repeat!!!
