“Hardest one yet!” – mom

1 minute max effort:

  1. Around the world plank
  2. Stationary bear crawl lifts
  3. Cross Over Mountain Climber with Leg Lift (LEFT)
  4. Cross Over Mountain Climber with Leg Lift (RIGHT)

1 minute rest

1 minute max effort:

  1. Jumping lunges (scale to non-jumping)
  2. Burpees
  3. Jump squats (scale to non-jumping)
  4. Alternating side plank pulses

1 minute rest

Then, repeat!!!
