Home workouts that are completely scalable (great for ANY level of athlete), and are done in less than 30 minutes!

30 seconds of work, 30 seconds of rest

3 rounds:

• jumping lunges
• handstand (or pike) leg lifts
• lemon squeezers
• side plank kick-outs left
• side plank kick-outs right
• side lunge back-and-forth

(18 minutes total)
