Home workouts that are completely scalable (great for ANY level of athlete), and are done in less than 30 minutes!

TWISTED TABATAS!

Tabata = 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest. Find a tabata timer app on your smart phone! I recommend SmartWOD. (Unfortunately I do NOT get paid for saying that, LOL.)

4 Tabatas with one minute of rest in between each tabata.

  1. Squat … but “rest” in the bottom of the squat!
  2. Push-ups … but “rest” in the plank position!
  3. Bicycle kicks … but “rest” in the hollow hold!
  4. Glute kick-backs … but “rest” in the extended position!

(19 minutes total)
