If you’re brand new to CrossFit, schedule a one-on-one session with a coach!
One of our amazing coaches will spend an hour with you, learning about your history and your goals, performing a (simple) physical assessment, and teaching you a few foundational movements.
When your hour is over, they’ll work with you to develop a plan and a timeline for reaching your goals, while having as much fun as possible of course!
The hour-long consultation is $50 up-front, but that $50 will be credited to your account if you continue with any sort of membership.
