If you’re brand new to CrossFit, we can teach you all the foundational movements you need to know over 8 sessions, scheduled with one of our coaches, and based on your availability.
After 8 sessions, you’ll have all the tools you need to join regular classes and continue to increase your skills … and your strength and fitness!
8 sessions = $375
We also offer 4 sessions for folks who may have some experience with CrossFit, but maybe it’s been awhile, or maybe there are new injuries or limitations to work around.
4 sessions = $200
Introductory Personal Training is right for you if …
- Your schedule is crazy, so you can’t commit to Start Strong class times.
- You’d prefer to learn the basics quickly (over just 8 sessions!), and then jump right into classes.
- You’re dealing with specific injuries or limitations, and one-on-one attention from a coach will give you the tools and the confidence you need to begin.
